Since entering the modern era of industrial enterprises,corporate mergers and acquisitions have been 100 years of history,M&A is not only a powerful means of expanding the scale and occupying the market to achieve rapid growth,but also to promote the development of countries and even the world economy to a greater extent after the trend of economic globalization appears.M&A is not only the process of financial resources and material resources integration,the integration of human resources is more important;although domestic and foreign scholars have extensively studied the topic of integration of human resources,however,since compensation and benefits are the field with the strategy and a number of integrated projects and procedures,previous studies have not focused on solving the problem faced by compensation and benefit integrationThis topic is based on the existing research results from both domestic and foreign countries,on the basis of theoretical research,the main body of the article have G company and C companies' compensation and benefit integration whole process as empirical study,discover the problem and explore the solution to its problems,perform in-depth analysis and summarize its success.In the final chapter of the article,the scope of the study is extended to more types of enterprise mergers and acquisitions,aimed to explore the possible standardized path of compensation and benefit integration.
