| Huizhou city is the largest prefecture-level city in the agricultural industry on the east coast of the Pearl River Delta.In 2016,the ratio of total agricultural output value to GDP in the region was 5.67%;while the scale of agricultural production adjacent to Guangzhou,Shenzhen,and Dongguan was very small,basically neglected,at the same time,their huge market demand for agricultural and sideline products must be provided by outside the region.Therefore,how Huizhou city can better take advantage of its natural location and resource endowment to achieve the convergence of production and demand for agricultural products in the Pearl River Delta region and even in the south China region is of far-reaching significance in promoting the speedy entry of Huizhou into the second echelon of the Pearl River Delta.In this paper,the current situation and problems of the circulation of agricultural products in Huizhou city were analyzed through investigation and research,and the suggestions for the optimization of the circulation of agricultural products were put forward.The main results obtained are as follows:(1)Ideas on Optimizing the Circulation System of Agricultural Products: Insisting on solving the problems of rural farmers in rural areas as the most basic starting point,optimizing the circulation system of agricultural products as the end result,and shortening the length of circulation channels for agricultural products and improving the circulation efficiency of agricultural products as the focal point,and strengthening the foundation The construction of facilities hardware and software,fully using the current advanced preservation,anti-corrosion and other circulation technologies and modern management methods to open channels for the circulation of agricultural products in the market,to meet the needs of farmers in Huizhou and even the Pearl River Delta,and promote the healthy and steady development of agriculture in Huizhou city.(2)Principles for Optimizing the Circulation System of Agricultural Products: Adhering to the principle of seamless connection of production and sales of agricultural products,the voluntary joint principle of market circulation entities,the principle of interests in the balanced distribution of all aspects of the value chain,and the principle of informationization of agricultural product circulation.(3)Ways to optimize the circulation system of agricultural products: Strengthen the individual strength and organizational level of individual agricultural producers in the production of agricultural products;shorten the length of circulation channels of agricultural products and improve the circulation efficiency of agricultural products in the circulation of agricultural products;promote the circulation of agricultural products;The integration of production and sales of agricultural products increases the revenue of all sectors;and it insists on diversified development in constructing circulation systems for agricultural products.(4)Measures to optimize the circulation system of agricultural products: At the government level,promote the informatization and systemization of agricultural economy,establish information platform for agricultural products,improve the market circulation system of agricultural products,and innovate new market circulation models;vigorously support the circulation market of agricultural products and create good Agricultural market circulation environment.At the market level,it promotes the diversification of the distribution pattern of the agricultural products market and makes full use of agricultural product cold-chain logistics technology.At the individual level,we will increase the degree of organization of farmers and nurture and expand the main bodies of the new agricultural market. |
