Study On Poverty Alleviation Of Science And Technology In Rural Areas Of Pengzhou

In order to improve the living standards of citizens,reduce the gap between rich and poor people,China began to carry out a nationwide poverty alleviation work since 1986,the poverty alleviation mode in poverty alleviation,but this approach can not fundamentally solve the problem of poverty,and poverty alleviation has become an important part in the work of poverty alleviation.Therefore,the relevant departments of China formulated the "87 national poverty alleviation program"(1994),"China rural poverty alleviation and development program(2001-2010)"(2001)and other regulations,strengthen poverty alleviation efforts in the further deepening of reform in.Since 2001,with the support of the poverty alleviation department in Chengdu,Pengzhou has launched two rounds of poverty alleviation and development.The second batch of poverty alleviation and development work is being carried out in the third round.Since 2016 started the third round of the second batch of poverty alleviation work,improve the "blood" function,to create "industry + poverty" and "technology + poverty" and "Party + poverty poverty alleviation Road,focused on the construction of poverty alleviation industry platform system,technical support system,technical personnel service system,science and technology information service system of science and technology,poverty alleviation the demonstration system,science and training system six system,to achieve the precise poverty,poverty alleviation.But there are a lot of problems in rural poverty alleviation work,including efforts to promote poverty alleviation poverty alleviation shortage,does not conform to the actual needs of rural poverty alleviation,four aspects of the lack of technical personnel,the training of new farmers lack of intensity,aiming at these problems,this paper from four aspects for improvement strategies,including: increase efforts to promote science and technology,science and technology development,poverty alleviation of poverty alleviation projects and actively introduce talents and strengthen the cultivation of new farmers.
