Effect Of Tea Industry On Increasing Income Of Mingshan Farmers

With the development of China's economy,the "three Rural Issues" has aroused people's concern,among which,the issue of increasing farmers' income has been widely discussed by all sectors of society.This is also the important problem which the Government of our country needs to make every effort to solve,but also the"three Rural Issues" which the Party and the Nation attach great importance to.From 2004 to 2017,the "Central 1th" document focused on "three Rural Issues" for 14 consecutive years,reflecting the importance of the Party Central Committee and the State Council on increasing farmers' income.In order to promote the development of rural industry,China has promulgated a series of policies to support,encourage the majority of rural areas based on regional advantages,and vigorously develop characteristics of agriculture,to help push farmers income enrichment.Taking the development of tea characteristic industry in Yaan MingShan area as an example,this paper analyzes the effect of tea industry on increasing farmers'income,analyzes the existing problems and puts forward countermeasures to improve the intrinsic value of the tea industry to help farmers increase income.By explaining the role of tea industry in increasing farmers' income,it is beneficial to promote farmers ' income,promote the development of tea economy and promote the development of " Mountain Meng-ding " tea culture.At the same time,for other domestic tea-producing areas to develop tea industry to help farmers increase income to provide reference.This paper makes a careful study and simple classification of the development of the tea industry in the MingShan area in recent years,sums up the important role of tea industry development in increasing farmers' income,and analyzes the main problems that the tea industry in the mountainous area restricts farmers' incomes,and puts forward concrete countermeasures and suggestions.Through investigation and analysis,it is concluded that the main problems in the development of famous tea industry are as follows,Tea quality and safety restrict the increase of farmers'income;"Mountain Meng-Ding "Tea brand awareness is not well-known,enterprise scale is low,tea planting technology need to be improved." According to the problems summed up,the scientific and rigorous attitude is put forward to improve the science and technology level of tea production,to strengthen the quality and safety inspection of tea,to construct pollution-free tea garden,to strengthen the brand consciousness of tea,to raise the popularity of "Mountain Meng-Ding " tea,to do the scale production and to cultivate leading enterprises;Five measures to promote the integration and development of tea industry and modern tourism,promoting the healthy development of tea industry,to help farmers continue to increase income.
