In recent years,with the change of national policies,the recruitment and brain drain of maintenance engineers in the construction machinery industry has become a problem for such enterprises.The maintenance engineer is the post with relatively low relative education,low salary but indispensability,and the maintenance service level of engineering machinery will directly affect the sales of the parts and the whole machine,the molding of the enterprise brand and the future development of the enterprise.Therefore,it is necessary for enterprises to do well the human resource development and management of maintenance engineers,so as to promote the common development of enterprises and employees.XC company is a representative agency in the engineering machinery industry.This article draws on the theoretical basis of human resources development and management at home and abroad.Taking XC as the research object,this paper analyzes the current situation of the human resource management of the company's maintenance engineers,and starts with the actual situation and the actual situation of the engineering machinery industry.Taking the maintenance engineer as the main research object,this paper analyzes the situation and data of the structure,grade structure and the training and assessment of the maintenance engineer of the engineering machinery,and finds out the problems in the human resource management of the maintenance engineers,such as the imperfect cooperation between the school and the enterprise and the lack of professional spirit education in the XC company.The problem of personnel recruitment,such as imperfect training system,unbalance of training input and so on,the problem of talent loss caused by narrow career path and lack of target assessment index.By using the relevant theories and practical knowledge of human resources development and management,this paper puts forward the concrete scheme of perfecting the mode of school enterprise cooperation and strengthening the vocational education,in order to solve the problems of human resource development,and improve the training system of maintenance engineers and theform of training: increasing the network training platform to solve the training of talents.Through the design of professional channels for diversified development of maintenance engineers,the design of targeted KPI assessment indicators and other countermeasures to alleviate the problem of staff turnover.These countermeasures,whether it is for the XC company or other enterprises in the industry,the development and management of human resources,to explore and train maintenance staff,to prevent the loss of personnel played a certain role,even have some reference for being carried out by the school enterprise cooperation of Vocational Colleges and universities.
