With the Chinese economic growth slowing down,it becomes the main line of reform and development in all fields in our country that economic growth momentum and economic structure adjust constantly and become market-oriented,informationlized and international.In the era of banking's business environment increasingly complex,the competition will be more intense.And the development opportunities coexist with challenges in the financial industry.Only by establishing a scientific,reasonable,accurate and effective performance management system,improve performance management,companies will better motivate staff creativity,enthusiasm,maximize and digging potential to improve their industry and market competitiveness in the rapid competitive market and industry environment.The Marketing Department is an extremely important department in the SH Bank CD branch.It is the backbone of developing markets,maintaining customers,and earning profits.It is responsible for the development of CD branch business and the maximization of profits.Therefore,it is imperative to improve the performance management and improve the performance management level so as to promote the sustainable and steady development of various businesses,accelerate the growth of strategic business,and continuously enhance the competitiveness of the industry.Taking marketing performance management of on SH bank CD branch for the research object,based on the methods and characteristics of the performance management of the commercial bank's marketing department,through the integrated use of literature review,interview,and the method of case study,we analyse and research the marketing performance management system,information investigation,and data of SH bank CD branch.Then we find out existing problems in the performance management present stage and suggestions,and propose perfect performance management methods and measures,improve the performance management level of SH Bank CD Branch by analysing the problem.thereby comprehensively enhancing SH Bank.CD branch performance management level.Formulate performance plans,implement performance monitoring,strengthen performance evaluation,implement performance feedback,improve performance management,and establish performance indicators through science to reconstruct the KPI system of the SH Bank CD branch marketing department.By improving of the system and method for the performance management.it's the key to the SH Bank CD Branch Marketing Department's ability to achieve sustained competitiveness,and can promote the achievement of the strategic objectives of the CD branch organization...
