In the new normal Chinese economic development trend,put forward the new requirement of market economy on the enterprise's human resources management,so the enterprise management strategy to adapt to the new situation and phase must carry out the human resources management reform,and reform to maintain the stability of enterprise personnel has become a great challenge of enterprise human resources management strategy we must face.Of course,proper operation and management of enterprise personnel flow is beneficial,but the natural loss will affect the operation efficiency of enterprises and economic benefits,personnel natural drain will not only bring inconveniently to the enterprise in the management of the operation,increase the operating costs of the enterprise,bring many derivatives and associated problems.This not only is not conducive to the development and change of enterprises,but also is not conducive to the survival of enterprises.Therefore,the rational solution to the problem of staff turnover in the process of enterprise development has become the focus of attention of business managers and human resources management departments.Based on the theory of personnel turnover and the model of staff turnover,this paper takes the situation of brain drain of HL enterprises in Inner Mongolia as a breakthrough point and finds out the strategy to solve the problem of staff turnover by studying the phenomenon of employee turnover.That is to say,it puts forward effective solutions for the phenomenon of employee turnover in enterprises from the aspects of career management system,training system,salary management system and so on.the investigation and Research on the phenomenon of staff turnover can not only help the enterprise to diagnose the brain drain predicament in the development process,but also provide reference and help for similar enterprises to solve the problem of personnel turnover...
