It can promote the modernization of agriculture construction process well and help to solve the issues of“agriculture,rural areas,rural people”,will be a trend based on current high speed economical development as well,and it can reflect the economy and society development from one side,also it's significant action to implement the spirit of19~thh Nation Congress of the Communist Party of China and to win the battle against poverty by successfully transfer surplus rural labor force to non-agricultural industries and towns,accelerate training and improve the quality of the labor force.There're still many labor force population without high-level skill and need to get skill training soon in most of villages of Longchuan county,which is one of the key counties for poverty reduction in Guangdong province.In order to accelerate the modernization of the agriculture industry and to achieve the goal of overall prosperity,the county party committee and the county government of Longchuan is taking an active action to implement the No.1 central document currently,after emphasized with new ideas they have get certain effectives as a result.But for various reasons,there're still some issues for the rural labor force transfer training project need to be faced including the short supply of rural labor force and bad market adaptability capacity.Therefore,it has a great significance to further promote the agricultural supply-side structural reform,to speed up cultivate the new energy for the development of the agriculture and countryside,and boost the rural labor training by strengthen the research on the influence factors of rural labor transfer training demand and supply in Longchuan county.This article is guided by Xi Jinping's thought on socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a new era,mainly apply the normative research is combined with case studies as the research method.Firstly,through the investigation of relevant theories to define the rural labor force and rural labor transfer training scientifically.,from the view of human capital theory and Maslow's demand theory and etc,it shows the important theoretical and practical significance after analysis illustrate the training of rural labor force transferring.Secondly,through the investigation based on the rural labor transfer training in Longchuan county,the present situation is analyzed,and the achievements are summarized.In another hand,this article also deeply analysis the existing problems on rural labor transfer training in Longchun county through case study and other methods.In the end,this article puts forwards the development strategy and countermeasure to accelerate the rural labor transfer training in Longchuan county,in order to implement the strategy of rural revitalization in China.
