With the economic and social development of Jiangxi Province and the constant optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure, the society needs more and more “knowledge-based” and “skill-based” talents. The demand for “physical” talents is gradually reduced. The transfer and training of rural laborers is to enhance the farmers themselves. The important measure of professional skill level. In recent years,Jiangxi's rural labor transfer training has made great progress, but there are still some problems, mainly in three areas: First, the problem of rural labor itself, such as the traditional concept of shackles, the level of education is not high, low income, etc.Second, the problems of training institutions, such as the monotonization of training content and models, lack of teachers, and lack of follow-up tracking services, etc.;Third, the issue of government management services, such as insufficient dedicated funds, unreasonable allocation of management staff, and targeting Insufficient management of training, lagging training information, etc.Effectively solving these three problems has an important role in improving the skill level of farmers and accelerating the transfer of employment. To this end, measures should be taken from the rural labor force, training institutions, and government departments. For example, the rural labor force must break the traditional concept and pay attention to vocational education;training organizations should improve the training content, carry out diversified training modes, and strengthen hardware facilities and equipment.Strengthen the strength of teachers;government departments should increase investment in special funds, attach importance to rural basic education and vocational education, give full play to the strength of private training institutions, and improve training information transmission mechanism.
