The Practical Difficulties And Countermeasures Of Precision Poverty Alleviation In Heyuan Of Guangdong

Poverty is a universal phenomenon in the world.It is a global problem,which directly affects social stability and regional economic development.Anti poverty is also an arduous task facing many countries in the world,and China is no exception.As a big country in the world,the poverty rate in China is very high,especially in some backward rural areas and remote mountainous areas.By the end of 2017,the rural poor in China have reduced to 30 million 460 thousand people,and the poverty alleviation work has made remarkable achievements,but there have also been new situations and new problems behind the achievements.Therefore,in-depth study of poverty alleviation and development has become a real and urgent topic.This paper takes Heyuan city of Guangdong Province as a specimen,and on the basis of the summary of the present situation of accurate poverty alleviation in Heyuan,finds out the main problems in the precision poverty alleviation and analyses the reasons.Finally,it puts forward the Countermeasures of precision poverty alleviation in Heyuan,which is of good significance to improve the precision poverty alleviation mechanism in Heyuan,and to the poverty-stricken areas,especially Guangdong.The provincial poverty alleviation and development work has a good reference.This paper studies the current situation of poverty alleviation in Heyuan,Guangdong province.The full text is divided into six chapters: the first chapter introduces the background and significance of the study,the research status at home and abroad,and explains the ideas and methods of the study.The second chapter expounds the basic theory,defines the relevant concepts,and determines the research scope of this topic.The third chapter analyzes the ideas and problems of precision poverty alleviation in Heyuan,and analyzes the causes of the problems.The fourth chapter compares and analyzes the precise poverty alleviation cases in Heyuan Catou village,and puts forward some countermeasures to solve the problems.The sixth chapter is the summary and the thanks.The main conclusions of this article are as follows:(1)national poverty alleviation is a longterm process.For the development and importance of comprehensive national strength,it must be persisted and constantly updated according to social development.(2)the concept of poverty alleviation has a long history,and there are different ways and requirements in different countries,regions and times between poverty alleviation and poverty alleviation.(3 One of the major problems facing the development of national comprehensive national strength is the unbalanced development,and the poverty nail households are a major problem that restricts the development of the country and must be reasonably removed;(4)the Heyuan area is a typical area with uneven development in the East and the west of eastern Guangdong Province,and its implementation of the accurate poverty alleviation work has practical reference significance;(5)the village of Guangdong Province Is a case of my contact,through the analysis of the work and effectiveness of poverty alleviation,can provide a strong basis for theoretical contact with the reality;(6)after investigation and research,I in the job,more contact with the municipal discussion and policy implementation.Through the accumulation and judgment of these years,the real meaning and the way of implementation of poverty alleviation are deeply realized,especially in a typical city in the northwest of Heyuan,a typical city with unbalanced development at present,and the significance of poverty alleviation is particularly important.The root of the poverty alleviation is not how much the government has given to poverty alleviation,but to stimulate the development power of the backward thought crowd,and vice versa,which will help the poor households to return to poverty and stay.Therefore,the idea of poverty relief is more important to emancipate the mind,the government leads the development of regional advantages,the development of endogenous power,and the link between farmers and enterprises,so that the region truly produces benefits from the land and human labor.
