The rapid social and economic development in China has brought unprecedented opportunities for the development of the financial industry.At the same time,it has created a fierce competitive environment for the financial industry.Commercial banks and non-bank financial institutions will face business restructuring.The rate of interest rate marketization in China has further accelerated,and financial markets,especially Internet finance,have developed rapidly.The financial marketing environment of China's commercial banks has undergone fundamental changes,especially small and medium-sized commercial banks.How to change from passive to active,clarify the internal and external environment of the corporate financial business restructuring of commercial banks,establish the restructuring of the financial business of small and medium-sized commercial banks,and propose specific strategies and safeguard measures for the reorganization of corporate financial services,is the most necessary and urgent corporate financial business transformation key point for small and medium-sized commercial banks.Corporate financial business is the main business of commercial banks,and its restructuring is of great significance for the development of commercial banks.Based on the actual development of the corporate financial business of C Rural Commercial Bank's(hereinafter referred to as CRCB),using the investigation method and the literature method,this paper systematically analyzes the macro background and internal environment of the restructuring of the corporation financial business of CRCB,and discusses the constraints of its current corporate financial business reorganization,makes clear the strategic choices and specific ideas for the restructuring of the corporate financial business of CRCB,and puts forward specific strategies and safeguard measures.Through the research,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The current restructuring of the corporate financial business of CRCB is based on the sustained growth of assets and liabilities,sound growth of financial indicators,continuous improvement of credit structure,and constant acceleration of the growth rate of intermediate business,withsuch constraints as the traditional business model,serious business management conflict,insufficient business marketing capabilities,and a relatively simple approach to business development;(2)Through specific measurements such as updating business process,developing and perfecting the business variety,adjusting internal management structure and performance evaluation mode,and optimizing business marketing system,CRCB restructures its corporate financial business and puts forward a series of safeguard measurements to ensure the smooth completion of restructuring.
