With the rapid development of Internet banking,scenario banks electronic banking business continues to expand,enrich the functionality of electronic banking business location is also gradually clear,especially with the implementation of the central bank "No.216",the development of electronic banking business showed a steady growth trend.Agricultural Bank of Chinese to "change the era of financial development trend of Internet plus",continuous innovation of electronic banking business to accelerate the pace,enhance the customer experience,and actively carry out experiential marketing and O2 O marketing,gradually improve the electronic banking business value creation ability.The process of development in response to these market trends in the Agricultural Bank of China Dazhou branch of the electronic banking business has already formed the integration of product system,the number of customers increased to tens of millions of people,instead of the traditional business of Agricultural Bank of China 50%,greatly ease the network queues,improve the Agricultural Bank of China Dazhou branch of financial services social image.In order to better promote the development of electronic banking business in Dazhou branch of Agricultural Bank of China,according to the strategic analysis of Dazhou branch of ABC,it is urgent to put forward effective development strategy of e-banking business.The Dazhou branch of the Agricultural Bank of China has always insisted on the general tone of steady progress,focusing on the service entity economy and the "three rural" economy,grasping the structural adjustment and management transformation,grasping the risk management and controlling and strengthening the foundation,increasing the efficiency in "catching up with the study",and achieving smooth development of various business.The electronic bank of Dazhou Agricultural Bank of China has developed rapidly.But because the electronic bank of Dazhou Agricultural Bank does not belong to the core business of the bank,the growth rate of the electronic banking business is not fast enough,and the unique advantages of the Dazhou branch have not been formed.In the development,the business strategy is not clear,the business distributary is not thorough,and the business products are innovating.Shortage,lack of competition in business marketing and so on.In order to solve the problems existing in the development of Dazhou Agricultural Bank's electronic bank business,based on the SWOT model and the QSPM analysis framework,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the development environment of the electronic banking business of Dazhou branch of Agricultural Bank of China.It is believed that the advantage of the electronic banking business of the Dazhou branch of the Agricultural Bank of China is greater than the disadvantage,the opportunity is greater than the threat,and the electronic bank of the Bank of China is more than the threat.There is a lot of space for the development of banking.According to the analysis of the electronic bank strategic business unit of the Dazhou branch of the Boston Bank of Agricultural Bank of China,it is found that the bank's electronic banking business belongs to the star business,and on this basis,it is suggested that the electronic banking business should be extended in a large area.Through the strategic subdivision of the main products of e-banking,the specific product strategy for the development of e-banking business has been worked out.In the end,this paper puts forward that through the accurate business division(in-depth study of electronic banking,strengthening channel customer marketing,diverting counter inefficiency business,releasing counter service resources),strengthening product innovation(strengthening the innovation of electronic banking business of individual customers,improving the level of electronic banking services for enterprise customers,and promoting the innovation of e-commerce,Strengthening the function innovation of self-service equipment),building a three-dimensional marketing(multi support,strengthening self-service bank construction and increasing self-service bank service,strengthening the ability of electronic banks to generate income and increasing efficiency and building electronic banking experience area,boosting the transformation of network management and strengthening the focus of work,taking up the market of merchants),in specific work.There are three major measures to improve the electronic bank business,enhance the proportion of electronic bank business and strengthen the management of electronic bank,and put forward the safeguard measures for the development strategy of electronic banking,such as the cross operation of the alliance plate,the "gold e Shun" brand,the improvement of financial management and the deep cultivation of human resources.The development of e-banking in Dazhou branch of the Agricultural Bank of China will enhance the core competitiveness of e-banking business.
