A Research On The Development Of E-Banking Business Of The Agricultural Bank Of China Of Yanzhou Sub-Branch

With the rapid rise of Internet finance,financial market competition is becoming increasingly fierce.On the one hand,the three party organizations such as Alipay and WeChat continue to seize the share of the financial market and have a huge impact on the traditional commercial banks.On the other hand,e-banking has become the focus of the transformation of commercial banks with its outstanding advantages,which has been referred to a strategic height.People's living and trading habits are gradually shifting online,and they prefer to handle all kinds of business online.Therefore,the importance of developing electronic banking business is becoming more and more prominent.The Agricultural Bank of China Yanzhou Sub-branch should keep pace with the times and vigorously develop electronic banking business in order not to be eliminated in the fierce financial market competition.This paper adopts the methods of literature analysis,combination of theory and practice,case analysis,questionnaire survey and so on.This paper mainly studies the advantages and effects of developing electronic banking in Yanzhou Branch of Agricultural Bank of China,reveals and evaluates the development status of its electronic banking business,analyses the existing problems and causes in the development,and puts forward innovative and targeted suggestions to promote the development of electronic banking business in Yanzhou Branch of Agricultural Bank of China.The research is of positive significance to improve the core competitiveness of Yanzhou Branch of Agricultural Bank of China,to improve customer experience,and to provide reference for the development of electronic banking business in other cities.This paper mainly draws the following conclusions and research results:Firstly,after investigating and evaluating the development status of the electronic banking business of Yanzhou Branch of Agricultural Bank of China,the electronic banking business activities of Yanzhou Branch of Agricultural Bank of China can not fully meet the requirements of online business development,which requires further optimization and improvement of its own electronic banking business.Secondly,by revealing the problems existing in the development of electronic banking business of Yanzhou Branch of Agricultural Bank of China,we can see that there are some problems such as insufficient online products,inadequate business services,inadequate marketing,inadequate customer response and unreasonable publicity and promotion.To some extent,this not only damages its effective competition in the Internet marketing market,but also may threaten its own existence and development in the industry.Thirdly,through the analysis of the causes of the problems existing in the development of electronic banking business of Yanzhou Branch of Agricultural Bank of China,the main causes of the problems are slow product renewal,limited understanding of service concept,lack of professional marketing team,restriction of task assessment mechanism and lack of safety publicity.Fourthly,in order to promote the development of electronic banking business of Yanzhou Branch of Agricultural Bank of China,as a whole,Yanzhou Branch of Agricultural Bank of China should speed up the renewal of electronic banking products,take electronic banking as a carrier to improve the new service level,improve the marketing enthusiasm of employees,improve the evaluation mechanism of electronic banking business,strengthen the publicity of electronic banking business security,and take appropriate measures to achieve its own improvement of sub-bank business development level.
