Since the reform and opening up,the domestic market has been warming up rapidly,which has brought unprecedented opportunities for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.With their own cost and scale advantages,the number of small and medium-si zed enterprises has increased dramatically,and they have become an important part of the national economy.While effectively increasing social employment,they also promote technological innovation in the industry and become the backbone of the economy and society,which has been widely recognized by the government and society.There is an inseparable relationship between employees and enterprises.Especially in today's fierce market competition,if enterprises want to achieve efficient operation,they must start with employees and improve their work efficiency and enthusiasm.However,in recent years,the situation of talent management in small and medium-sized enterprises is not ideal.Some enterprises have a high turnover rate of employees,and the survival of enterprises is facing threats and challenges.Reasonable incentive mechanism is the best way to solve the problem of talent management for enterprises,maintain the vitality of enterprises and promote the achievement of enterprise goals.Therefore,it is very important for small and medium-sized enterprises to establish a scientific and reasonable staff incentive mechanism.This paper takes Henan XGJX Co.,Ltd.as the research object,and focuses on the problems and causes in the incentive mechanism system of SMEs.The proposed optimization suggestions provide reference for improving the incentive mechanism of enterprises.The first part of the thesis introduces the research background,research significance,research methods and research framework.The second part summarizes and sorts out the relevant literature and theory of enterprise incentive mechanism,and lays a solid theoretical foundation for the specific case analysis.The third part is about Henan.XGJX Co.,Ltd.conducts a questionnaire survey on incentive mechanism.The research process includes enterprise profile,questionnaire design,distribution and recycling.The research results are analyzed from three aspects:incentive demand,incentive status and incentive mechanism satisfaction.The motivation status is further divided into dynamic mechanism and guarantee.The five dimensions of mechanism,evaluation mechanism,supervision mechanism and growth mechanism,combined with relevant theories,basically cover all aspects of corporate incentives.Through analysis,it is found that the problems existing in the company's incentive mechanism mainly include the single form of employee incentives,the lack of attention to long-term incentives,the unclear spiritual incentives,the unreasonable remuneration,the imperfect evaluation mechanism,and the lack of in-depth study and training.The main reasons for these problems are the lack of competitive advantage of SMEs,the lack of professional personnel management,the weak execution ability of enterprises,and the relatively lagging cultural construction.According to the problems existing in Henan XGJX Co.,Ltd.,combined with the nine principles of incentive mechanism optimization,this paper gives the optimization suggestions of Henan XGJX Co.,Ltd.incentive mechanism:diversification of incentives,emphasis on long-term incentives,combination of material incentives and spiritual incentives,optimization Salary structure,sound evaluation mechanism and deepening study and training.To provide reference for the improvement of corporate incentives,and to enrich relevant research content,it has important reference for talent management of the same type of SMEs.
