Study On Operation Models Of Business Incubators With Different Investment Subjects

In recent years,the development and practice of business incubator around the world tells us that it has played a crucial role in promoting scientific and technological achievements transformation as well as driving the rapid development and prosperity of regional economy.At present,our business incubators can be divided into three types based on different investment subjects,namely,the government business type,state-owned enterprise type and private enterprises type.These three kinds of business incubators all have entered the stage of rapid development,but the study on their operation modes are still very one-sided,not sufficient for profound theoretical exploration and establishment of a solid institutional framework to guide the practical development of business incubators.In this context,on the basis of relevant theoretical study on domestic and foreign business incubators and the analysis of specific practice cases,in-depth research and analysis is conducted in this paper specific to operation modes of business incubator with different investment subjects arising from our country’s special conditions,aimed at proposing the operation mode suitable for sound development of business incubators with all types of investment subjects.First,this paper introduces the development process,characteristics and basic operation mode of business incubators,teases and analyzes previous literature on domestic and foreign business incubators,and describes the basis theoretical knowledge of its birth and operation mode;secondly,makes a detailed analysis on the development process,current development situation and different types of domestic and foreign business incubators,meanwhile,compares and analyze domestic and foreign business incubators from six aspects,namely,incubation service level,international cooperation capacity,combination with competitive industries,degree of enterprization operation,advantages and disadvantages of financing environment and improvement of management system,and draws relevant inspiration;thirdly,analyzes the connotation of our business incubators,summarizes typical operation modes of our business incubators,including the government business-type,state-owned enterprise-type and private enterprise-type incubators,and analyze the mode of incubators of these three types of different investment subject to draw the future development trend of Chinese business incubators;fourth,with 200 national-level business incubators in China as specific data research cases,conducts quantitative analysis on the business incubator status of different investment subjects with the combined method of detailed description,statistics data,mutual cross-contrast and principal component analysis to obtain scores of various data of business incubators with different investment subjects,and then come to advantages and disadvantages of operation mode of Chinese business incubators with different investment subjects;finally,in accordance with the analysis results,presents operation modes of business incubators with different investment subjects in line with China characteristic socialist market economy,and analyzes specific cases.Studies have shown that differences of Chinese business incubators with different investment subjects are obvious,and all kinds of business incubators should select the appropriate operation mode according to the actual situation,in order to more effectively promote the high-speed changes of technology and rapid development of regional economy.
