Study On The Construction Of Learning Oriented Financial Enterprises To Meet The New Economic Normality

With the deepening of informatization and globalization,knowledge updates in a quickening pace.To gain a long-lasting vitality,an enterprise has to be learning constantly for the establishment of learning-oriented enterprise.Under the background of the “New Normal”,along with the growth of economy slowing,economic structure and developing mode changing,and economic driving force and regional structure changing,the whole economy is constantly changing in a subtle way.Economy is the foundation of finance,and finance is the core of economy.Under the background of the New Normal,the financially ecological environment is changing in a subtle way as well.In this paper,taking Hubei Province Agricultural Developing Bank as an example,we try to explore how Hubei Province Agricultural Developing Bank builds a financially learning-oriented enterprise under the background of the New Normal.In the first part,starting from New Normaland the origin and development of learning-oriented organization as well as the constructive research of financially learning-oriented enterprise under New Normal,this paper combs through the theory of domestic and overseas learning-oriented organization.In the second part,this paper analyzes the concept and features of the New Normal,the influence imposed on Agricultural Developing Bank as well as opportunities and challenges the Chinese financial industry faces under the background of the New Normal in detail.In the third part,based on the analysis of the significant impact of financially learning-oriented enterprise on Hubei Province Agricultural Developing Bank,this paper analyses the problems and reasons which exist in the Hubei Province Agricultural Developing Bank under the background of the New Normal.Besides,this paper also discusses the measures how Hubei Province Agricultural Developing Bank establishes a learning-oriented enterprise from the following aspects of individual employee,teamleadership,learning environment and organizational culture,respectively.In the last part,this paper illustrates the abundant achievements of Hubei Province Agricultural Developing Bank by the construction of financially learning-oriented enterprise.
