In recent years, the Chinese government has proposed to vigorously develop farmers'professional cooperation and shareholding cooperation, and cultivate new types of business entities such as agricultural cooperatives. Agricultural cooperatives of Hubei Province have a certain size after years of development, become an important force in the modernization of agriculture. At the beginning of 2015, the Chinese government reported that the "Internet +" action plan, clearly to promote the development of e-commerce,.2017 Central No. 1 document once again stressed Developing e-commerce for agricultural products is a means of promoting the structural reform of the agricultural supply side. Therefore, agricultural management, including agricultural cooperatives to develop e-commerce is to adapt to the new situation of the inevitable choice. Hubei Province as a large agricultural province, have rich agricultural resources, a high degree of information and the rapid development of cooperatives and other advantages, we should seize this opportunity to promote the development of agricultural e-commerce.This paper first studies the e-commerce and agricultural cooperatives of agricultural products,analyzes the main body and object of agricultural products e-commerce, and explores the theoretical basis and development stage of agricultural cooperatives. It is believed that agricultural cooperatives generally experience the three stages of primary, growth and maturity. Then, this paper analyzes the status quo, advantages and disadvantages of E-commerce of agricultural cooperatives in Hubei Province, and points out that the e-commerce of agricultural products in Hubei Province is still at the initial stage, but it has great development potential. There are infrastructure, ideas, standardization of development, brand awareness, talent, service system and other issues.Then, this paper analyzes the elements structure and system composition of e - commerce in agricultural cooperatives in Hubei Province, and points out that the development of e-commerce in agricultural cooperatives needs to make efforts in purchasing, management and network marketing. Finally, according to the different stages of the development of agricultural cooperatives, this paper envisages four kinds of e-commerce development model, that is, the initial stage to take "farmers + cooperatives + third party information platform + consumer" model, the growth stage to take " Consumer "model, including third-party direct sales and shop self-employed, mature stage to take" cooperative + self-built electricity platform+ consumer "and" cooperative + agricultural enterprises + build electricity platform + consumer"model. And then combine the cases to discuss how the agricultural cooperatives choose the development model. It has important theoretical and practical significance.
