The Exploration And Optimization Research Of Tobacco Acquisition Mode In Wuping Producing Area Of Fujian

Acquisition is an important part of tobacco production,the quality grades of tobacco will affect the purity,farmers' benefits and industrial raw materials.The traditional tobacco acquisition mode “Grading-Bundled” exists some problems such as adulterating,rotting,and over-bundling,which hardly reflect the quality of acquisition principle and result a lower purity,poor quality,and waste of tobacco resources.Therefore,changing the tobacco acquisition mode will achieve the purpose of tobacco intensive operation.This thesis surveyed the Tobacco Acquisition Management Mode in Wuping Producing Area of FuJian,with a view of total quality management,analysis the processes of tobacco acquisition,including tobacco preview,initial certification,professional grade,warehousing and alloting,developing a control chart “Tobacco Acquisition Quality Management”,clearing process key control points,layering carding region factors,and further optimize the Acquisition Management Mode,so that to enhance the management level,purchasing pass rate of tobacco acquisition and “Trade and Industry transfer level”pass rate.The main research results are as follows:1.Management Process of Wuping Tobacco were analyzed,using views of Comprehensive Quality Management,and The Quality Control Chart of Tobacco Production were made,after investigation and analysis of Tobacco Purchasing Management Mode in Wu Ping Tobacco Production Area in 2014-2015.The key control points of the acquisition process are clearly identified,and Obstacle Factors in Tobacco Acquisition Management were Layered.Furthermore,acquisition management practices were optimized,the management level of tobacco production in producing areas acceptance level of tobacco and qualification rate of industrial and commercial handover were improved.Research found that tobacco purchasing natural risk index is larger,between 65.07% ~ 72.28%,the range of 9.31 to 100%,this problem seriously affect s the sustainable development of tobacco,through studied deep,founded and worked out the problem,maked plan of improvement and suggestions.2.A complete set of comprehensive acquisition of tobacco quality management system were summed up,on the other hand,a scientific and reasonable pattern of tobacco acquisition were established,and a detailed process model were developed,which provides a systematic theoretical knowledge for tobacco acquisition management workers,which as the other tobacco base in Guangdong Tobacco acquisition management to provide reference.3.Feasible suggestions were made for improving the efficiency and quality of the tobacco acquisition workers,because of specific requirements in the initial pre-screening,initial inspection,professio nal grading,division pounds,warehousing,post-management of tobacco acquisition.What's more,key control points in tobacco purchase were analyzed and identified,and the quality supervision mode were also improved.
