Research On Present Situation And Development Strategy Of Mechanization For Mountainous Fruit Production

The mechanization of mountainousfruit production has a great significance for improving productionefficiency,reducing labor intensity,increasingfarmer's income and achieving the sustainable development of mountainous orchard.The level of mechanization for mountainousfruit production,not only can represent the status of orchard machinery,but also can indicatethe development prospects of mountainous orchard to some extent.This paper took the present situation of mountainousfruit production mechanization as a starting point,designed questionnaire of mountainous orchard mechanization and established the evaluatingindicatorsystem for development the level of mountainousfruit production mechanization,which research for hilly mountain orchard with complex geomorphology and scattered land.According to the questionnaire data,theevaluation for the level of development for mountainousfruit production mechanizationin representative area is carried out.This article provides the development strategy of mechanizationfor mountainousfruit productionat last.1)The design of questionnaire system for mountainousfruit production mechanization.According to the main factors influencing the use of orchard machinery and the development of orchard mechanization,this paper designed questionnaire for the farmer and orchard,the status of labor for fruit production,the researcher for developorchard machinery,the institution of research and developorc hard machinery,agricultural machinery productionenterprise and agricultural extension department.Mainly based on the questionnaire survey of fruit farmers,orchards and the status of main fruit producing areas,we investigate the use of mountain orchards machinery status and demand situation.2)The design of the evaluation index system of mountainousfruit production mechanization development level.The evaluation index system is divided into three levels.The first levelindicatoron the level of development for mountainous orchard mechanization;The second level indicator including the equipment level of mechanization,the degree of mechanization,the effect of mechanization and the management level of mechanization;The third levelindicator is set in the corresponding second indicator,including 22 evaluationindicators as the level of orchard machinery gross power.This paper establishednormalization processing for the initial data,and proposedthe quantitative relationshipamong evaluatingindicators and the evaluation method and calculation method for the development level of mountainousfruit productionmechanization.Using this evaluatingindicator system,the study evaluated the development level of mountainousfruit productionmechanization in Yizhang county and Pingyuan county.3)Analysis of survey data and study on development strategy of mountainousfruit productionmechanization.In order to provide directions for equipment technology update,the paper drew the thematic map and analyzed survey data with Excel and SPSS software,analyzed the applicability and limitations of various equipment as well.The study on development strategy of mountainousfruit productionmechanization system grouped into eight aspects,that is strengthening the basic construction of mountainous orchard,attaching importance to agricultural machinery and agronomic integration,strengthening agricultural service promotion system,attaching importance to the research and development of mountainousorchard machinery,working out sound preferential policies,promoting the development of modern agriculture with ?Internet +?,promoting the overall strength of agricultural enterprises and supporting the professional service organizations of agricultural machinery in mountainous orchard.The design of the evaluatingindicator system on the level of development for mountainousfruit production mechanization in this article,as well as it can be used for reference in other areas.
