A Statistical Study On The Sustainable Livelihoods Of Rural Farmers Who Out Of Poverty In Guizhou

After the development of the 12 th Five-Year,the poverty alleviation of our country has begun to be effective,and the population of poverty alleviation has increased year by year.However,there are still few researches on the sustainable development of the poverty alleviation farmers.Therefore,this paper is to study the effectiveness of poverty alleviation from the perspective of sustainable livelihoods of the poverty alleviation farmers.As a large province of poverty,Guizhou province has a large group of farmers who out of poverty,which has a very high typical and close distance,so it is easy to carry out the research work.The article first adopts the literature review method,through a large amount of collection and reading of relevant documents related to the subject,the theoretical reserve of the paper before writing.Then,the outline and basic assumptions of the questionnaire are listed on the basis of the purpose of the study and the main content of the sustainable livelihood theory.After repeated consulting and consulting the literature,the questionnaire was determined and the field investigation was carried out.In the process of writing the article,a combination of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis is adopted.First of all,according to the sustainable development analysis framework of the International Development Agency(UK)and the current situation of the poverty alleviation farmers in Guizhou,a framework for sustainable livelihoods in Guizhou is set up.Then,from the dimension of sustainable livelihoods,the policies and measures of poverty alleviation in Guizhou province were analyzed,and the effectiveness of Guizhou's poverty alleviation was carried out macroscopically by querying data.Then,based on the framework of sustainable livelihoods,analyzes the livelihood capital into livelihood,get Guizhou out of povertyof farmer household's income mainly reflected in the farming income,asset income,wage income and transfer income in four aspects;and combined with the livelihood of the output,to establish sustainable livelihoods in Guizhou province evaluation system.Finally,through the evaluation of the four livelihoods of the poverty alleviation farmers in the questionnaire,it is concluded that human capital and financial capital have the most significant impact on livelihood capital,and corresponding policy recommendations are put forward for the conclusion.
