In the context of the new era,“Made in China 2025” puts forward efforts to build China into a manufacturing power that will lead the development of the world's manufacturing industry through three decades of efforts.The Party's report on the Nineteenth Congress mentioned the need to promote the high-quality development of China's economy.As a manufacturer of aviation equipment companies,talent resources have become more and more strategic resources for the development of enterprises.Talent is the resource of the enterprise,and innovation is the driving force for the development of the enterprise.Among the enterprises,young employees,as an important part of the company,are the new force for enterprise development.Emphasizing the cultivation and encouragement of young people and forming the company's core competitiveness is the basic work to solve the maximization of the company's first resource efficiency,and is also a reserve force for the company to maintain its development potential.Guiyang Wanjiang Aviation Electromechanical Co.,Ltd.has a high turnover rate of young employees in recent years.The reason for the uneven distribution of staff age is related to the fact that the company's internal incentive system is not perfect.There is a single form of incentive,heavy penalty is not rewarded,and sense of fairness is missing.Training does not cultivate the sound phenomenon.To eliminate these contradictions from the root cause and promote better development of the company,we need to proceed from the needs of employees and re-improve the incentive mechanism of the company.Based on the relevant incentive theories,this paper combines the successful experience of other companies at home and abroad with the successful experience of the lack of effective incentive mechanism for young employees of Wanjiang Company.Through questionnaires and interviews,the young employees of the company are Subjects carry out empirical research,explore the advantages of young employees,and use SPSSAU software to collate and analyze data.Finally,through the three incentive strategies of basic needs,relationship needs,and growth needs,we will build and improve the company's incentive mechanism,in order to stimulate the enthusiasm of young employees,and guide the direction of young workers.
