Research On The Suitability Evaluation Of The Human Settlement Environment Of The Ex-situ Poverty Alleviation Resettlement Site In Lushui City

The suitability of the living environment directly affects the social development of a region,reasonable living environment evaluation can guide people to carry out scientific planning and development.At present,most of the evaluation objects of living environment are in large areas,in terms of function,it is more aimed at solving the problems such as earthquake migration,reservoir migration,etc.This paper tries to combine the evaluation of habitat environment with the poverty alleviation site in the mountainous area,and constructs a system for evaluating the suitability of living environment in the district of west Yunnan province for relocating the poor with the help of GIS,ENVI,SPSS and other software and technologies.And the model is verified by the example of Lushui.The research results can provide theoretical reference and practical guidance to evaluating and siting for optimizing land-using structure and relocating the poor.The research contents and main achievements of this thesis are as follows:(1)We construct a system for evaluating the suitability of living environment in the district of west Yunnan province for relocating the poor combined with the special environment.Four main influencing factors and twenty factors were selected to construct evaluation index system,the four factors are terrain geology,ecological security,land resources and location development.To formulate the factor grading standard,the weight was determined by analytic hierarchy process.Finally,the evaluation model is established based on the comprehensive index method.(2)Taking Lushui as an example,using the GIS function to evaluate the suitability of the living environment in Lushui on the grid scale of 10m x 10m.The area of highly suitable area,moderately suitable area,low-grade suitable area and unsuitable area are 764.61km~2,1341.01km~2,890.09 km~2,246.94 km~2.(3)We collect the practical projects for relocating the poor in Lushui.The suitability evaluation result and the engineering project area superposition analysis to validate the suitability evaluation result.The evaluation result is superimposed with the engineering project area to verify the suitability evaluation result.A fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate the demolition and resettlement points of Lushui.The results show that most of the resettlement points are in highly desirable areas and the demolition points were in moderately suitable or low-grade areas.The resettlement is obviously better than the demolition in the same level.The rationality of the evaluation model is proved successfully.
