| The latest 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed:“Man and nature form a community of life;we,as human beings,must respect nature,follow its ways,and protect it.Ensuring harmony between human and nature and building a Beautiful China.” Under the new development situation,China's agricultural production is confronted with dual constraints of resources and environment,quantity and quality.How to realize the green transformation and development of agriculture,ensure food security and effective supply,food safety and satisfaction,ecological security and sustainable development under the guidance of the Five Development Concepts is a realistic issue that people must pay attention to and solve under the new normal.Therefore,the development of ecological agriculture is the inevitable choice and stage in the process of agricultural modernization in our country.The development of ecological agriculture is of great significance to promoting the development of agricultural modernization in our country,promoting the construction of ecological civilization and building a prosperous and strong democratic civilization in a beautiful and harmonious socialist country.Under this background,this paper analyzes and studies the connotation of eco-agriculture,the general situation of eco-agriculture development mode and the countermeasures of developing eco-agriculture under the guidance of Marxist ecological concept and ecological agriculture thought through literature analysis,investigation and research method.Taking Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in Yunnan Province as an example,this paper focuses on the analysis of the local development of eco-agriculture unique geographical advantages of resources and environmental advantages of national culture,generous policies and environmental advantages and unique brand advantages through analysing the development mode of eco-agriculture in Tibetan Plateau.This paper also profoundly analyzes the successful modes of development of local ecological agriculture,such as leisure and sightseeing agriculture mode,ecological animal husbandry mode,three-dimensional ecological cycle planting and breeding mode,etc.,and summarizes the existing problems and shortcomings from these existing modes.Accordingly,a series of perfect measures and innovative mechanisms such as Scientific planning and exploration of suitable development models of ecological agriculture according to local conditions,the development of innovative eco-agricultural development models,improvement of related supporting measures,improvement of the scientific and technological level of mode operation,establishment and improvement of the promotion system of eco-agricultural models have been put forward in a targeted manner.In addition,a policy system and incentive mechanism for strengthening the development of eco-agricultural models have also been proposed.So as to further promote China's agricultural modernization and promote farmers to lift poverty and provide some reflection. |
