Research On The Development Model Of Ecological Towns In Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture

With the rapid development of economy and society and the continuous progress of urbanization,urban traffic congestion,lack of resources,serious environmental pollution,ecological imbalance and other urban problems have become increasingly prominent,seriously affecting the sustainable development of the city.Based on this background,the construction of eco-city has become a hot topic in the world.However,due to the influence of nature,economy and social conditions,the research on eco-cities in China is focused on the middle and eastern regions where the economic base and environmental conditions are better.And there are few studies on the less developed regions with fragile ecological environment in western China.In ordering to narrow the development gap between the eastern and western regions,it is necessary to carry out in-depth study on the construction of ecological town in western China.Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture,as a typical representative of the less developed areas and ethnic minority areas with fragile ecological environment in western,whose develop model is not only able to provide a scientific basis for the exploration of sustainable development in Gannan,but also can provide useful reference and model for other similar regional.It in line with the requirements of building a resource-saving and environment-friendly society,and is conducive to the formation of a harmonious development of man and nature of the new pattern of modernization.On the basis of summarizing the relevant theories of eco-towns at home and abroad,at first,this paper briefly summarized the location characteristics of Gannan from various aspects,and quantitatively evaluated and predicted the ecological carrying capacity by ecological footprint model,and analyzed the development situation of economic,social and urban system,and determined its economic and social development stage,and through the construction of eco-town evaluation index system,using the evaluation model to analyze the temporal and spatial characteristics of urbanization development,to carry on the systematic analysis and the comprehensive appraisal to the town development level of Gannan;Secondly,the environmental Kuznets curve model was used to study the dynamic relationship between economic development and environmental pollution in Gannan,and the driving factors were analyzed by factor analysis method.In addition,based on constructing the evaluation system of urbanization and ecological environment of Gannan,this paper test and analyzed the comprehensive development level and coupling coordination relationship between urbanization and ecological environment in Gannan,and further explored the mechanism of urbanization and environment in Gannan;Finally,on the basis of empirical analysis,this paper summarized the main problems of ecological town construction in Gannan,and according to local conditions,put forward the development patternnd of ecological town.The results show that:?the total ecological demand of Gannan is increasing,and it is still in the ecological surplus state,but the surplus quantity is declining.It is expected that the ecological deficit will occur since 2018,and the sustainability of the ecosystem will be challenged;? In recent years,the overall level of economic and social development in Gannan has been improved,but the regional horizontal gap is large and there are many problems.According to the judgment criteria of the Chenery industrialization stage,it is in the transition period from quasi-industrialization stage to the early stage of industrialization;? The comprehensive development level of urbanization in Gannan has been improved continuously and town features were distinctive,but the urban spatial distribution is different and the distribution characteristics are obvious,and the inte-city relationship is weak;? Affected by economic output,technological progress and cross-synergies effect,the relationship of cubic model function between industrial waste gas emissions,plastic film usage,nitrogen content in chemical fertilizers with per capita GDP was established,while the fit performance between industrial SO2 emissions,industrial solid wastes generation,industrial waste water emissions with per capita GDP was poor;?The comprehensive development level of urbanization and ecological environment in Gannan has been increasing during the research period,and it was in the higher coupling stage,and the overall development trend was better,but the degree of ecological environment lag is becoming more and more serious,which indicated that it is a kind of extensive development mode and cannot really promote the sustainable development of urbanization;? Combined with the actual situation and current problems of town development,it is necessary to build the ecological town construction of safe city,convenient city,cycle city,green city,innovative city,harmonious city in Gannan.
