Research On Investment Decision Evaluation Of Intelligent Manufacturing Project Of S Tire Enterprise

At present,the new scientific and technological change and industrial reform,characterized by a new round of progress in the field of information technology and communication and the manufacturing industry,are widely developing and prevailing all over the world.Intelligent manufacturing is the key content of a new batch of manufacturing reforms all over the world,and all countries in the world are speeding up planning.Under the global environment of intelligent design,tire companies should seize the opportunity and strive to reach the forefront.All tire companies will face different situations,so they should seek their own transformation and upgrading path according to their basic situation,and improve their core competitiveness and promote the transformation,upgrading and progress in the tire field through capital investment in the field of intelligent manufacturing.In the context of large-scale intelligent manufacturing upgrading projects in the tire industry,this paper firstly summarizes relevant literature to analyze the development status and development trend of the tire industry,analyzes the problems existing in traditional manufacturing of tire enterprises,and expounds the necessity of intelligent manufacturing upgrading of tire enterprises and the investment decision-making process of intelligent manufacturing projects.Secondly,a scientific and systematic evaluation index system of tire enterprise intelligent manufacturing project investment decision was constructed from two aspects of enterprise investment ability and project investment value.The weight of indexes was determined by AHP,and the evaluation model of tire enterprise intelligent manufacturing project investment decision based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was established.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was used to obtain the final evaluation matrix,and the weighted average was carried out.The practicability and feasibility of the model was verified by the example analysis of the evaluation results.Finally,the conclusion of this paper is drawn through the in-depth study on the investment decision evaluation of S tire enterprise intelligent manufacturing project,which provides scientific decision support basis for the enterprise management to formulate scientific enterprise development plan.
