Research On Impacts Of Science And Technology Service On The Regional Innovation In Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei

As an important part of emerging service industry,science and technology service industry has gradually become the standard of regional development.science and technology in the serhe application of knowledge industry of science and technology serves the production and application of new technology.As an important bridge connecting industry,education and research,it is of great significance to strengthen the supporting and leading role of science and technology to the development of economy and society.With the implementation of innovation-driven strategy,the development of science and technology service industry is facing new opportunities.Domestic and foreign scholars mainly study the influencing factors of regional innovation ability and establish the evaluation index system of regional innovation ability,but the research on the impact of science and technology service industry on regional innovation ability is relatively few.Therefore,this paper takes this as an opportunity to study the relationship between the two,and then analyzes the extent to which the development of science and technology service industry affects the regional innovation ability.By analyzing the present situation of science and technology service industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area,it is pointed out that the whole science and technology service industry is developing steadily but the scientific and technological resources within the region are unbalanced.Then,through factor analysis,the paper selects three first-level indexes,such as scale,development environment and resource input of sci-tech service industry,to evaluate and calculate the development level of sci-tech service industry in 30 provinces of China.By comparing the level of development with other provinces and cities Analysis of the development of science and technology service industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.At the same time,The fourth part analyzes the impact of science and technology service industry on regional innovation ability by establishing panel econometric model.It is pointed out that R & D expenditure has the most significant effect on regional innovation,and the industrial scale has no significant effect on innovation.At the same time,because of the weak degree of industrial agglomeration of science and technology service industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,the effect of R&D expenditure is not significant.Based on the comprehensive cognition of the present situation and development level of science and technology service industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,and according to the results of empirical analysis,the paper puts forward the development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.The district should promote the agglomeration of science and technology service industry,perfect the external environment of the development of science and technology service,increase the investment of funds,absorb more scientific and technological talents,clarify their respective innovation orientation and promote the promotion of regional innovation ability.
