Research On Regional Supplier Selection Considering Distribution Factors Under Green Supply Chain

The progress of science and technology could improve the ability of human use of natural.On one hand,it makes the rapid development of global economy,on the other hand,it also make the serious destruction of environment to the survival of humans.The problem of ecological imbalance represented by climate change has become a major obstacle to the sustainable development of mankind.As one of the world's largest emitters of carbon emissions,our government has been under tremendous pressure to reduce emissions.To make substantive progress was made in carbon emission reduction work,the government introduced gradually more stringent emission reduction policies and regulations regulating the behavior of enterprise's carbon emissions,mandatory reduce emissions produced by the enterprise production and operation activities.Faced with the fierce external market competition environment,enterprises often adopt low-cost strategies to increase the competitiveness of products in the market.But the increasing deterioration of the ecological environment,the government's emphasis on emission reduction work and consumers focus on corporate environmental responsibilities,makes the production and operation of the enterprise decisions should consider not only the traditional factors such as cost,but also focus on business activity in the effects on the environment.How to maximize the use of limited resources to create more social wealth and enterprise value and to maintain the ability of sustainable development becomes a new problem for enterprises.Green supply chain takes into account environmental benefit and enterprise economic benefit,and becomes the new direction of enterprise supply chain management.Supplier selection as an important part of the manufacturing enterprise production decisions is also on the entire supply chain to reduce the starting point and cause environmental problems,so the supplier selection of low carbonization for enterprises to reduce emissions,national emissions is particularly important.Distribution under the environment of supply chain link to reduce business costs,reduce carbon emissions aresignificant,considering distribution factors in the supplier selection problem,for the optimization of decision of enterprises to improve business efficiency has provided a broad space.Under the above background,this study aimed at a certain have self-built logistics distribution system of manufacturing enterprises,in consideration of economic,green and service level under the three performance criteria,considering the shipping cost and carbon emissions,building green logistics/supply chain system in the multi-objective optimization model for supplier selection,and carries on the solution and analysis.Model to minimize total costs and minimize the total carbon emissions as the goal,consider the date of delivery,production capacity,supply and demand balance constraints,provide enterprises with based on economic index,green operation index and service level index of supplier selection optimization strategy.
