Knowledge management is actually based on enterprise knowledge resource access and transmission, effective learning and sharing, innovation and application, so as to improve the ability to create value, and knowledge management by the enterprise value and application. Effective knowledge management for enterprise to obtain and maintain competitive advantage, therefore, it is very important to knowledge management evaluation will become the essential knowledge management。Enterprise is a complex system, this system is the most fundamental purpose is to make the enterprise development, makes the enterprise has good performance, but the purpose of the influence of many factors, the enterprise knowledge management performance mainly by the following three aspects:1,The process of knowledge management ability;2,Innovation ability;3,Facilities。Therefore, in constructing the enterprise knowledge management performance evaluation framework to follow the following principles: the principle of scientific and systematic principle, the objectivity principle, level principle, operability principles, objectives, principles of comparable consistency principle, should be modified, in order to ensure that the principles of objectivity and validity evaluation result.Restricting factors of enterprise knowledge management performance is mutiple level the dynamic system, which involves many factors and the evaluation of complex structure, only from multiple angles and aspects of design, relatively accurate indicator system of enterprise knowledge management performance reflect. Because the knowledge management performance is to enhance the core competence of enterprises oriented and enterprise's aim for value creation, in order to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises for the purpose of implementing knowledge management and enterprise study on the structure of organization, the internal process and service ability and learning ability, and innovative development ability, economic returns ability, etc. Therefore, the enterprise knowledge management evaluation of enterprise organization structure, from the internal process and service ability and learning ability, innovation ability and economic returns ability development six aspects of thought and constructing evaluation index system.1,The organizational structure.
