With the progress of society,the adjustment of the population structure,the improvement of people's quality of life,and the changes in the disease map,people are no longer confined to the treatment of diseases,but are more concerned with the prevention of diseases,their own health,and the improvement of their quality of life.The great health industry emerged as a major new industry after the IT industry.PIAN ZAI HUANG,as a company with a strong corporate background and operating capability,took advantage of the development of the Great Health Times in 2014 to adopt a corresponding development strategy-"One Core and Two Wings" strategy,which is to retain the traditional Chinese medicine manufacturing industry as a leading industry.At the same time,to further enhance the company's core competitiveness,through the expansion of the industry around the company's core strength,the layout will be extended to the two sections of daily chemical and healthy food,and eventually break the development bottleneck in the continuous compression of costs,build a large health industry,and achieve more A great deal of development.However,judging from the phased results of the current implementation of the strategy,the implementation of the “one nuclear and two wings” strategy of PIAN ZAI HUANG failed to achieve the desired and ideal results,and even the failure to close over 1.6 billion yuan of industrial parks closed overnight.This paper uses strategic map,a strategic management tool that can dynamically describe the company's strategy,and analyzes the "One Core and Two Wings" strategy adopted by PIAN ZAI HUANG to create a large health industry.Studies have shown that the main problems in the implementation of PIAN ZAI HUANG strategy are: First,the artificial breeding plant has failed to achieve results,raw material difficulties have not been effectively resolved;Second,the "wings" products lack of innovation and research and development support,the market differentiation is not obvious;Third,the construction of corporate marketing channels is not perfect.This article is the first recommendation that some products use artificial musk and introduce scientific research and technical talents for artificial breeding;second,attach importance to the innovative research and development of “two wings” products and increase the correlation between “two wings” products and “one core”.Third,the introduction of marketing talents,refined to create a marketing channel in line with the company's own conditions,and strengthen the grasp of market trends and product terminals.
