Comparative Research Between Creative Clusters In Ulaanbaatar

As the development of knowledge economy,creative economy has attracted attention from whole world.And it is being called as “Fourth Biggest Economy Development Factor” and expression of soft power.As a developing country which has been deeply dependable from agriculture and mining industry,Mongolia has been taking attention on “Creative Industry” since 2015 and declared to develop and support creative industry by their government policy.Even it is one of the recent events that government declared to support creative industry,creative industry has already started developed in Mongolia and reached into their sustainable development stage.Also,there are 3 creative clusters established in Ulaanbaatar,such as,Sukhbaatar,Chingeltei and Khan-uul.This paper has chosen these creative clusters as their study target and established Ulaanbaatar creative cluster competitiveness model and evaluating index.Then we use Super Decision software to make analysis using analytic networking process with suggestion and consultation of experts and compared competitiveness of creative clusters in Ulaanbaatar.And it is resulted that Sukhbaatar is most competitive than Chingeltei and Khanuul,while Khan-uul is least competitive among three of them.During our study on factors influenced to competiveness of creative clusters,we realized that even the factors of production,development and creative result influenced with almost same level to the competitiveness.But creative employee skill improvement,creative employee population and government support are the most influenced sub-factors for improving competiveness of the creative clusters in Ulaanbaatar.
