Research On The Comprehensive Evaluation And Cultivation Of The Core Competitiveness Of Sanya Creative Industry Park

Industrial park is the important engine of economic and social development,the core competitiveness of the industrial park is a industrial park difference and is superior to the other park characteristics,the characteristics from the park has its own characteristic resources and abilities,or its ultimate performance in the form of competitiveness,to provide a steady stream of power park development.Based on the research and analysis of relevant theories of core competitiveness and core competitiveness of industrial park,this paper gives an analysis framework for the evaluation and cultivation of core competence of industrial parks.In this paper,the research and analysis of the new high-tech industrial park in hainan province is carried out,and the corresponding evaluation index system of competitiveness is established.Through static analysis and dynamic analysis,the present situation and potential core competitiveness of the creative industry park in sanya city are evaluated.At the same time,the key factors of core competitiveness are selected and the Suggestions for the development and cultivation are given.Through the research,it is found that certain competitiveness of industrial park can be developed into its core competitiveness through targeted cultivation.The development of the creative industry park in sanya should aim at cultivating and improving the core competitiveness,and promote the corresponding measures.The research results show that the creative industrial park,sanya future make policy should start from the highlands,perfect supporting facilities,the introduction of good service leading industry leading enterprises,long industrial chain,promote industry development platform do park focus on improve administration efficiency,etc.
