China has always been a big agricultural country, and the steady development of agriculture has great impact on China's economic and social development.China joined the world trade organization(WTO)at the end of 2001.the world trade organization(WTO)increases the openness of China's agricultural products trade further and make its agricultural trade ties with the rest of the world to further deepen,at the same time, the agricultural development of asean countries can not be separated the trade of agricultural products, agricultural products trade in the asean regional foreign trade is also important component. At the beginning of 2010,China-Asean free trade area was establishedin the next few years with the vigorous development of the free trade area,China-Asean agricultural trade cooperation deepening, all kinds of policies and facilities are perfect, under the background of "the Belt and Road",the association of south-east Asian nations(asean)as important regions along with China's agricultural products trade association and great changes will take place, the full text to "the Belt and Road" as the background, content is roughly divided into the following several parts:First, the paper established the background of the research and the significance of the research, adjust the idea of the research according to its object and content and draw a technical roadmap.in the second chapter, the paper divides the literature existed into three aspects:China-Asean agricultural trade development,China-Asean agricultural trade competitiveness and complementarity, the paper puts forward the research innovation point of this paper through sorting out the existing literature, and give the theory to pave the way for later. The present situation of China-Asean agricultural trade is divided into the situation of trade scale and the situation of structure,The angle of the research is also divided into the whole angle and the angle of the classification of the agricultural product,Trade complementarity index and intra-industry trade index are used to calculate and analyze the complementarity of China-Asean agricultural trade. In the analysis of trade complementarity index, the complementary of China-Asean agricultural products export trade is low,and the complementary relationship of the import trade before "the Belt and Road" is strong, but the complementary is reduced to weakly complementary state after "the Belt and Road",meanwhile the complementary agricultural products are fewer,There are also big differences between China and asean countries in complementarity. The trade inside industry between China and Asean has always been concentrated on primary food products,After "the Belt and Road",the intra-industry trade of both sides also gradually developed towards processing agricultural products. In the analysis of the complementary products of "small countries" of agricultural trade,it is concluded that many agricultural products with strong complementarity do not have the corresponding scale. After "the Belt and Road" in addition to the burden of customs procedures, quality of port infrastructure,China association of south-east Asian nations(asean),the added value of agriculture,China association of south-east Asian nations(asean)per capita national income and the difference of comprehensive logistics performance score will significantly influence the china-asean bilateral agricultural products trade complementarity. Finally, the paper give a summary to the full-text,and put forward some policies just like adhere to the construction of "the Belt and Road",adjusting structure, carry out different policies for different countries and improve the quality of agricultural products,so in this paper, the study of the influence factors of the complementarity of China-Asean agricultural products trade provides a theoretical basis and data support for the further deep development of the agricultural product trade under "the Belt and Road" which has theoretical and practical significance.
