Since the 1970 s,Western countries,led by the United States,have been forced into the historical whirlpool of economic recession due to the outbreak of the "oil crisis," and have gradually entered an unprecedented period of "stagflation" in the history of Western capitalism.The risk period,but once popular Keynesianism was helpless because of public opinion,which is the main reason for the popularity of neoliberal economic trend.The trend of neoliberal economy influences the political,economic and cultural aspects of western capitalist countries and provides theoretical support for its rapid economic development.With the economic development of capitalism,the neoliberalism theory has reached the extreme,especially the Coase Theorem provides the theoretical basis for the neoliberal economic trend of thought.At this time,the power of the neoliberal economic trend is the most powerful period in history,and it is also the most inflated period.It is spreading continuously throughout the world,affecting one country after another in transition,especially in the early 1990 s.With the drastic changes in Eastern Europe and the disintegration of the Soviet Union,the influence of neoliberal economic trend reached historical extreme.Due to its inherent structural contradictions,countries and regions that were originally affected by the neoliberal economic trend of thought triggered economic turmoil and social problems one after another after the outbreak of the global financial turmoil in 2008.The economic development and political situation of the world are facing great challenges,but the influence of its ideological trend still exists in every corner of the world,and China is no exception.Compared with the rapid development of capitalist free economy in the West,Chinaundefineds reform and opening up has also been successful.In particular,Chinaundefineds "Belt and Road" national strategy was put forward in order to promote the opening up through deepening reform.Higher demands have been put forward for the "new" globalization.However,in the process of building a modern socialist country and realizing the great rejuvenation of Chinese Dream of the Chinese nation,it is facing the corrosive influence of the western social trend of thought,especially the trend of social thought dominated by the neoliberal economic trend.Its "three major propositions" are the core viewpoints of neoliberal economic trend.Therefore,we must stand in the position ofMarxism and apply Marxist viewpoints and methods to the purpose of combing,clarifying,understanding,sublimating and absorbing through criticizing the neoliberal trend of thought.For our country to achieve two hundred years of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation Chinese Dream clear the ideological barriers to development.This article is divided into six chapters,which are as follows:The first chapter: the theoretical background of the philosophical criticism of the New liberalism economic trend of thought.This chapter will mainly through combing the New liberalism theory of historical origin,clear its claims,and then realize what is the essence of the New-liberalism,on this basis,put forward the urgency of the Neo liberalism philosophy critique realistic analysis.The second chapter: the criticism of the idea of "complete privatization" of the Neo liberalism economic trend of thought.It focuses on three aspects.First,from the comparison between Marx and the neoliberal about the "property right" problem,plus Marx’s criticism of private
