Cognitive Research On The Impact Of Tourism In Luang Prabang, Laos On Residents

Luang Prabang,the capital of Laos,attracts tourists from all over the world every year.After Luang Prabang was listed in the world cultural list in 1995,the number of visitors was rising rapidly.In 2015,the number of tourists from all over the world to Luang Prabang was up to 5 million 100 thousand,and a population of only 400 thousand people in Luang Prabang accepted so many tourists,which would inevitably bring a variety of effects to the lives of the local people.To make Luang Prabang's tourism industry develop smoothly,this article will study the impact of foreign tourists on Luang Prabang local residents.The first chapter mainly introduces the research background and methods of research,and gives a brief overview of the previous literature,and points out the problems to be studied.The second chapter introduces relevant theories,such as the theory of sustainable tourism development and the theory of tourism cognition,and also points out the relevant policies of the Laos tourism development;the third chapter is in the previous theory.On the basis of the policy,the tourism status of Luang Prabang in Laos was studied deeply.The fourth chapter conducted a questionnaire survey on the local community residents in Laos and analyzed the questionnaire data by quantitative analysis to obtain the impact of tourism on the local community in Laos;finally,the conclusions were drawn and given to the analysis data.Some suggestions are made.This paper focuses on the basic direction of Luang Prabang's tourism development,determines the impact of tourism development on the life of local residents in Luang Prabang,analyzes the development of local tourism resources,and then puts forward some suggestions for the sustainable development of Luang Prabang tourism.On the basis of the existing literature analysis,the perception of local residents' perception of tourism was collected through field investigation,and the cognitive effects of residents on life style,economic income and environment were analyzed and analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively.Through the analysis of the survey data,the positive and negative effects of tourism on the life of local residents in Luang Prabang,Laos,and some suggestions to private owners and local governments on this basis.In order to achieve sustainable tourism development in the ancient city of Luang Prabang,local tourism administration departments and related departments should increase investment in infrastructure to make tourists more convenient and improve the satisfaction of tourists.At the same time,we should strengthen the training and education of tourism related staff,and enhance the technical and theoretical knowledge of professionals.More importantly,it is necessary to build a friendly tourism development policy involving residents and tourists.
