| The tourism development of World Heritage area is concerned by many people. The focus concerned is the protection and the tourism development of it and the harmonization of these two aspects. Especially the "heritage resource management" and "heritage resources market operators'form" is argued much. As one of the four mixed heritages of china, Mt Wuyi has made a great achievement in heritage protection, better than other heritage areas in china, and is honored by the relevant state departments. Also it has better performance in developing tourism; the relevant indexes go up quickly. Certainly, Mt Wuyi also got many problems in the heritage protection and tourism development. Mt Wuyi is a well delegate of Chinese world heritage areas in tourism development; from it we can see some things relevant.This paper's research is focus on Mt Wuyi's tourism development course and tourism development pattern. For the forth, this paper use the theory of industrial economics, research the tourism industry's lifecycles, configuration and organization. For the latter, this paper focuses on heritage protection and tourism development, concludes and evaluates the pattern, and optimizes it at the last. To gain the pattern, author draws its outline by the purpse of the pattern, the core of the pattern, the develop stratagem, the adaptive environment, and advance"patter car"for the tourism development of Mt Wuyi.The frame of this paper is made up by five sections: 1st, shows the background and the problem of this paper, analyzes the research achievement of other scholars, makes clear the research method and means. 2nd, expatiates the relevant conception, analyzes the connections of world heritage and tourism development. It is the matting. 3rd, researches the tourism development course of Mt Wuyi. 4th, analyzes the tourism development pattern.5th, optimizes the tourism development pattern of Mt Wuyi and expects its development trend.
