Research On The Influence Of Intellectual Capital On Development Ability In A-share Agricultural Listed Companies

Under the background of the new normal,the economic growth slows down and the kinetic energy that drives economic development is transformed.The company’s kinetic energy to gain a development advantage gradually shifts to the fourth factor of production——intellectual capital.Intellectual capital has gradually become the most important capital of enterprises and the source and power of value-added.The issue of agriculture is a hot issue of the nation in recent years.It affects the development of the country’s economy and the construction of a well-to-do society.The solution of the agricultural problem and the agricultural-economy-development problem depends on the drive of the agricultural enterprise.The agricultural listed company is the “leader” of the agricultural enterprise.The development of the agricultural listed company is an important breakthrough to solve the agricultural economic development.Intellectual capital is the internal driving force for enterprise development.The development of listed agricultural companies is in need of intellectual capital to provide support for their development.The research on the influence of intellectual capital of listed companies on development ability is very necessary and urgent.This article takes the A-share listed agricultural company as the research object and divides the A-share listed agricultural companies into listed agriculture-forestry-animal husbandry-fisheries companies,listed agricultural processing companies and listed agricultural service companies.Based on previous research results,this article theoretically analyzed the impact of intellectual capital on the development capabilities of listed agricultural companies,and then put forward assumptions.The data of A-listed agricultural listed companies was collected through the database of Guotai’an,and intellectual capital was assessed using the method of Value Added Intellectual Coefficient.Factor analysis was used to evaluate the company’s development capability.Then establishing a multiple linear regression model and used STATA software to make empirical analysis of variables of intellectual capital and enterprise development capabilities.The empirical results show that: First,Intellectual capital has a significant positive effect on the overall agricultural listed company’s development capability;Second,There is also a significant positive correlation between human capital and structural capital and the overall agricultural listed company’s development capability;Third,intellectual capital and its components have different effects on the development capabilities of three different types of agricultural listed companies: as follows,the impact of intellectual capital on the development capabilities of agricultural service-listed agricultural companies is greater than that of listed agriculture-forestry-animal husbandry-fisheries companies,and agricultural processing companies;The influence of human capital on the development ability of listed agriculture-forestry-animal husbandry-fisheries companies is greater than that of agricultural processing and agricultural services companies;the impact of structural capital on listed agricultural processing companies is greater than that of listed agriculture-forestry-animal husbandry-fisheries companies and listed agricultural services companies.According to the empirical results,this paper combines the current social background and the characteristics of different types of agricultural listed companies,proposeing targeted development suggestions for the overall agricultural listed companies and different types of agricultural listed companies,Hope to help A-listed agricultural listed companies enhance their development capabilities,and towards a high quality development stage.
