Today's commercial banks are struggling with a series of complex internal and external environments such as financial disintermediation,interest rate liberalization and internet finance,which severely test the bank's value creation.Interest margins narrowed,supervision tightened,credit asset quality declined and profitability plunged,how to enhance its market competitiveness and value creativity,as well as strictly control the exposure of non-performing assets are becoming the core of bank's development objectives.An important indicator of a company's management is its profitability,as far as a commercial bank is concerned,market competitiveness and business performance directly reflect the operational efficiency.For commercial bank network,the performance and effectiveness are related to its future development,and even vital to decide to abolish and merge.Based on the current situation of domestic and foreign commercial banks,this article uses the literature research,field investigation,comprehensive induction,comparative analysis and SWOT analysis to study the transformation of American commercial banks,thus exploring aspirations for JS bank's transformation.Based on the analysis of the network data though bank's inner system(such as human resource management,management accounting and statistical information system),as well as the analysis of the value creation and operation of QH Branch in 2016,this paper interprets its network's business performance.Then through cross comparison and correlation analysis of the current value creation and operation efficiency of various types of networks,this paper obtains the achievements and problems of the QH branch under current impetus of transformation and development.Thus concludes the restructuring and developing methods and strategies to improve the soft power of network's construction efficiency,to optimize the allocation of human resources,to create a comprehensive customer service platform,to build bigger and stronger terminal sales channels,to integrate the marketing channels of different line products,and to strengthen the comprehensive marketing ability,one together to enhance the QH branch's regional core competitiveness and development capabilities.
