In recent years,the competition in the real estate industry has become increasingly fierce,and the demand for talents is higher,especially for the number and quality of R&D designers in the real estate industry.In recent years,the author has been working in L company of real estate enterprise and engaged in human resources management.It is found that simply relying on external recruitment of R&D designers is far from meeting the company's actual employment needs.At the same time,how to evaluate R&D designers internally and improve their personal growth through the corresponding mechanism has become the core issue of human resources management at the present stage of the company.Based on the theory of post competency model,starting from the actual work content of R&D personnel performance management in L company and the actual needs of enterprises,this paper tries to build a post competency model of R&D personnel in line with L company's strategy and business philosophy,and uses the post competency model in the performance management of company's human resources.In this process,the post competency model,as the link between the performance management modules,needs to be constantly improved,so as to improve the quality and effectiveness of L company's performance management system,improve the human resources management system,and promote enterprises to achieve strategic objectives.Finally,the paper also discusses the application guarantee of L company's performance management system based on post competency model.The main contribution of this paper is to improve the performance management system of L company based on post competency model.It not only assesses the achievement of employees'performance objectives,but also incorporates competency factors and staff development into the performance management link.It promotes L company based on the "comprehensive performance" concept of "behavior + result +potential".Performance management of R&D and design personnel in the Division.Based on the existing research on competency model and the specific enterprises and positions in the real estate industry,this paper conducts in-depth research on L company,and builds a competency model for R&D personnel in L company.In theory,to a certain extent,it expands the research in related fields.In order to provide useful thinking and basis for the follow-up study of human resource performance management system in real estate industry;in practice,it can provide experience for other real estate enterprises to build post competency model and improve performance management system accordingly,which has practical significance for how to promote the development of personnel and organizations through performance management.
