The Competency Model Construction And Application On Real Estate Company A In Chengdu

Chengdu A company is one of the best excellent Real Estate Enterprise in Chengdu or in Sichuan province, which take more attentions to human resource management and take it as the core values of the company. Recently, as the Chinese economy increasing slowly and the central government strengthen the control of on the Real Estate Enterprise industry, Chengdu A company decided to change its strategy from the“Red Ocean strategy”to “Blue Ocean strategy, and this change demanded to improve the levels of HR higher and higher.To improve the HR management levels of Chengdu A Company, we studied on 249 excellent careers of Chengdu A company and construct the MAC Competency model included core psychological traits, core ability traits and core cultural traits.On the basis of investigation and research, we built a series of competence model such as MAC common Competency model, MAC Competency model for middle managers, MAC Competency model for careers, MAC Competency model for the operators and so on.Through the MAC Competency model applied in HR management, we found that they can us lots of help in recruitment, Performance management, and training.
