After China's entry into WTO,the market economy is developing rapidly,and the momentum of real estate is also increasing.The state has promulgated various policies and regulations,and gradually improved and standardized the real estate industry today,thus providing a strong guarantee for the steady development of the real estate industry.As a small and medium Real Estate Company,Poli property company is facing the adverse development environment,such as competition,policy control,market fluctuation and so on.How to win the healthy and sustainable development force in these adversity and challenges has become a key issue for the development of enterprises at this stage.This paper,based on the combination of theoretical research and empirical analysis,takes Po Li real estate company as the research object,and establishes a set of competitive strategies suitable for the development of wave property real estate company on the basis of comprehensive analysis of the internal and external environment,advantages and disadvantages of its strategic development,in order to help Poli property companies to better divide.Analyze the internal and external environment of enterprise development,identify competitive advantages,enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises,and improve economic efficiency.Through this study,we can see that the strengths of Poli Real Estate Company lie in four aspects:good financial situation,high brand awareness;the weaknesses lie in four aspects:small scale,lack of core competitiveness,backward internal management system and limited business development;the opportunities of Poli Real Estate Company lie in the comparative growth of China's economy.Fast,policy environment on the health of real estate,accelerated urbanization and other four aspects;the threat lies in the market environment chaos,the strengthening of state control over land and other three aspects.Based on the current resource situation of Poli Real Estate Company,this paper proposes to combine the low-cost strategy in the early stage with the new differentiation strategy,continue to play the low-cost strategic advantage,while focusing on improving the level of differentiation strategy,and constantly enhance the competitiveness of the company itself.In the external security strategy of the company,this paper separately from Poli Real Estate.The company's real estate quality improvement strategy and after-sales service strategy formulated the corresponding measures.
