Discussion On The Construction Of DUS Test System Of New Plant Variety

In order to strengthen the management of plant varieties,to promote the development of modern seed industry and to enhance the awareness of intellectual property protection of breeders,this paper analyzes the new situation and new challenges faced by the development of modern seed industry in China.In this paper,the author by reference to foreign test system for new plant varieties and characteristics of new plant varieties in the ministry of agriculture and test center of work,new plant varieties and the ministry of agriculture more than domestic testing sub-center expert panel;Based on the analysis of the present stage of our country on the construction of DUS testing system,the basic function and on the basis of the achievements of relevant DUS testing system of new plant varieties in China under the new situation facing the challenges,find existing problems,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions.DUS testing system in China needs to strengthen the hardware,a team,known varieties of database construction,and testing technology,test study guide,optimize current test system,better services for the development of modern seed industry...
