Evaluation Of Modern Agricultural Development In Shandong Province

With the progress of agricultural technology,the traditional agriculture with high energy consumption and low output has been unable to meet the needs of current economic and social development.Shandong Province is a large agricultural province.The development of modern agriculture is of great significance to ensure food security,improve agricultural level,narrow the gap between urban and rural areas,and stabilize economic development.Therefore,through the analysis of the current situation of the development of modern agriculture in Shandong Province,it is of practical significance to find the shortcomings of the current modern agriculture in Shandong Province,improve the existing agricultural business model,and provide the strategy of developing modern agriculture to realize the Rural Revitalization.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the development of modern agriculture in Shandong Province,this paper measures the development level of modern agriculture,finds out the existing deficiencies,and puts forward countermeasures for the development of modern agriculture in Shandong Province.According to the basic idea of "theoretical basis,reality,comprehensive measurement,regional evaluation and problem countermeasures",this paper analyzes the development status of modern agriculture in Shandong Province on the basis of in-depth analysis of the relevant theories of modern agriculture.By selecting 16 indexes of input,output,rural social development and agricultural ecological sustainable development of modern agriculture,the evaluation index system of modern agricultural development level in Shandong Province is constructed,and the key index affecting agricultural modernization in Shandong Province is determined by AHP.The labor input(12.98%)is the most influential,and the agricultural science and technology input(6.34%)is the most influential,effective irrigation rate(9.07%),labor output rate(8.81%),yield of drought and flood protection(12.58%)and agricultural disaster rate(14.40%).Based on multi-objective analysis,the development level of modern agriculture in Shandong Province is at a good level.Cluster analysis shows that the scale of Dongying,Jinan and Weifang is large and the structure is reasonable,Qingdao,Yantai,Weihai,Dezhou and Liaocheng are large but the structure is general,Zibo,Zaozhuang,Jining and Tai'an are small and the structure is general,Rizhao,Binzhou,Heze and Linyi are small and the structure is backward.Based on the evaluation of the development level of modern agriculture in Shandong Province and the cluster analysis of various cities,the main constraints of the development of modern agriculture in Shandong Province are obtained,including the lack of effective irrigation,the structure of labor force,the lack of investment in science and technology,and the frequent occurrence of natural disasters.In view of the deficiency of modern agriculture in Shandong Province,this paper puts forward some countermeasures: strengthening infrastructure construction,increasing labor input-output rate,increasing agricultural science and technology input and improving agricultural ecological environment.In addition,according to the agricultural types obtained by cluster analysis,the paper puts forward countermeasures to coordinate the development of modern agriculture in different cities.
