With the overall advancement of economic globalization and the rapid development of science and technology,the key of enterprise competition is creative human resources.The competition between enterprises is,in the final analysis,competition between talents and talents.If enterprises want to take the initiative and win advantages in the fierce market competition,they need to increase their investment in human capital and strengthen the training of their employees.And realizes the staff's competency enhancement.Performance appraisal is an important part of human resource management.Performance appraisal can strengthen and standardize the internal management work,improve the efficiency and quality of the related management work,and improve the internal resource allocation machine of the existing enterprises.System,improve the core competitiveness of enterprises and other aspects of the promotion and significance.Based on this,for any enterprise,to ensure effective performance appraisal is essential.In the management of water conservancy construction enterprises,due to poor stability,high wastage rate,complex composition and high occupational danger,the difficulty of performance appraisal is increased.There are some problems in the actual performance appraisal,such as the lack of cognition of the whole staff,the lack of training of the examiner and the assessed person,and so on.Taking the XC Water Conservancy Construction Company in the water conservancy industry as an example,this paper makes a deep analysis on the problems and improvement of its performance appraisal.The first part simply introduces the research background,purpose and significance of this paper,searches and collates the domestic and foreign literature on performance appraisal,and clarifies the overall research ideas and main research content.Part,elaborated the related concept of the performance appraisal;The third part introduces the basic development of XC water conservancy construction company,and investigates the current situation of XC water conservancy construction company from four aspects: main body,object,procedure and index.In the fourth part,using the method of interview,find out the existing problems of XC water conservancy construction company's current performance appraisal,including the disconnection between the performance goal and the company's strategic goal,the performance appraisal index is not operable,and the process of paying attention to the result is ignored.Performance communication is poor,according to analysis,the main reason for these problems is that XC water conservancy construction company did not subdivide the performance target scientifically.The misunderstanding of performance appraisal,the lack of communication between superiors and subordinates,and the single index of performance appraisal;In the fifth part,in view of the above problems and reasons,following the "people-oriented" improvement principle,from the optimization of performance appraisal institutions and responsibilities,evaluation preparation work design,performance evaluation goal design,performance evaluation index design,The feedback and improvement of performance and the treatment of performance result are put forward to improve the performance appraisal,and the implementation effect and evaluation of new performance appraisal are analyzed.It is hoped that this paper will provide some practical reference for the performance appraisal of other water conservancy construction enterprises in China through the research on the performance appraisal and optimization of XC water conservancy construction company.
