Understand and grasp the world-wide human resources education and training trends, for our rich culture of China as the main idea of the personnel training, building conforms to China's personnel system model, opening up a road with Chinese characteristics, people power, with a positive theoretical and practical significance. The ability of the executive cadres of the ruling party-building is related to capacity building, a matter of public policy formulation and effective implementation of the science.
