The sales of oil products which have a huge gas station sales system and network,are at the end of the oil industrial chain and directly facing the market,.As the core of the refined oil sales network,the engineering project including the construction of gas stations,equipment operation and maintenance,modification and upgrading,inspection and overhaul,etc.should be entrusted the qualified construction contractors.The management and service level of the construction contractors is the key to whether the final goal of the gas station construction project can be achieved.The project owner attaches great importance to the evaluation and selection of the gas station construction contractors and compares them through various methods,trying to find out the most suitable and optimal construction contractor.But at present,China's construction market is under gradual development and calling for improvement,such as insufficient supervision,high standards of commitment by contractors but low standards of implementation have occurred from time to time.There are also problems such as weak measures,insufficient evaluation methods,and unreasonable indicators in the evaluation and selection of the construction contractor for the gas station project by the owner.The selected contractor is unable to meet the actual needs of the project owner.Therefore,the owner also expects that a reference model can be used for the comprehensive evaluation of contractors in order to select a more capable construction contractor.Based on the study of the previous evaluation and selection of the gas station construction contractors,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the evaluation and selection of gas station construction contractors.According to the construction characteristics and target requirements of the gas station project,by using the method of hierarchical analysis,the key indicators that affect the evaluation.
