With the fierce competition in the era of knowledge economy is coming,more and more enterprises under the guidance of achieving Centennial strategic pay attention to the value of human resources,as the carrier of knowledge and human resources is the first resource to create the subject of enterprise has become the industry consensus.Therefore,in order to strengthen the management of this complex resources and value of commission,almost all domestic and foreign enterprises will enhance the consistency of action:performance management to the core management level,strengthening human capital operation,enhancing human and organizational effectiveness and helping the long-term development of enterprises.As the SD regional real estate development enterprise of BGY Group is restructuring,the trapped control has become the pressing matters of SD region,such as poor performance,team instability,strengthening management,improving efficiency and the stability of the military.This article is based on the theory of human resource management and performance management,restructuring and breaking out of the BGY Group SD regional corporate as the background,make effort to sort out the current more fragmented performance management behavior integration into a set of systematic management control mechanism.The mechanism is fully integrated with the characteristics of the domestic real estate development and the former performance management practices SD regional.It makes use of the advanced performance management tools,such as target management(MBO),balanced scorecard(BSC)and key performance indicators(KPI).This paper first introduces the domestic and foreign performance management theory,the real estate industry characteristics and Shenyan regional company's current performance management status.Secondly it tends to find out the main problems of the performance management system.Thirdly it tends to find out the implementation plan and specific measures.Finally,the interest driven mechanism is used to ensure the implementation of the performance management system,"goal oriented management,process management and normal management," of the SD regional performance management system is established to better help the company's human resources development and management of the whole process.In this paper,the system design of SD Company's performance management system gives full play to the performance evaluation of guidance and incentive.It has important guiding significance for improving the efficiency,reducing costs,achieving employee and enterprise win-win development.Also the system can provide some reference and reference value for domestic counterparts to solve the core of human resources management.
