Study On Incentive Strategy Of J Bank H Branch Based On Employee Satisfaction

With the continuous development of social economy,the competition among market subjects is increasingly fierce.If an enterprise wants to take a place in the market competition,it needs to adhere to the "people-oriented" management concept,and try to mobilize the enthusiasm of employees and improve their work efficiency.Only in this way can the long-term development of the enterprise be realized.As an important subject of market economy,banks have gradually weakened their advantages under the influence of science and technology,and are facing unprecedented competitive pressure.Profit is the driving force for the development of a bank,and talents are the foundation of the development of a bank.Therefore,attracting,training and retaining talents are the key factors for the development of a bank.In order to retain talents,we must mobilize employees' initiative and improve their satisfaction through incentive mechanism.Therefore,how to effectively improve employee satisfaction and establish the incentive strategy which will meet the needs of employees and is suitable for the development of the enterprise is particularly important.This paper first introduces the research background,purpose and significance of this research,the research content,method and technical route.Then it elaborated the relevant theories of motivation and employee satisfaction.Based on the literature research on motivation theory and employee satisfaction,the employee satisfaction scale of J bank H branch was designed,and the reliability and validity of the satisfaction scale were analyzed with SPSS22.0.Combined with the statistical analysis results of the scale survey to analyze the deficiencies of the current incentive of J bank H branch,the incentive strategy based on employee satisfaction which is suitable for the development of J bank H branch is finally put forward.
