Research On IoT Technology Innovation Strategy Of DR Group

In today's world,we face a new revolution of science and technology.New technologies,which are represented by big data,internet,Cloud,IoT,social network,and quantum communication,etc.,are permeating various fields of economic and social life,also driving the comprehensive innovation of product,technology,organization,business model,market behavior.Customer demand upgrading and industrial integration made market environment chaotic and unpredictable,and also intense the competition among enterprises.How to survive and win the sustainable competitiveness?Technology innovation certainly will be a fast and effective way which can be provided to enterprises.Traditional technology innovation strategy mostly focus on the improvement of technology and technical methods,it's no longer suitable for modern business.New concept of technical innovation should include R&D innovation,developing new business model,organization form and processes optimization,marketing,and other aspects of business.More things need to be concerned when making an effective innovation strategy,such as the environment of society,technology,marketing,customer,as well as the innovation resource and capabilities of enterprise itself.The main purpose of this paper is to analyze frontier theories,combine with new characteristic of today's technology innovation,exploring the whole process of innovation strategy analysis,planning,execution,and guarantee.We aim to find a suitable way for DR technology innovation through such researches.Based on the case study of DR group,we used PEST analysis and Porter's Five forces model to explore the external environment,and use Value Chain analysis,Capacity dimension to analyze internal innovation resources and capacity.At last,we use SWOT matrix reasoning out the suitable strategy for DR group.For the strategy planning and implementation,we focus on the study of strategy analysis,strategy planning,strategy execution,monitoring and guarantee of DR.discussing the strategy management process and implementation roadmap,marketing strategy innovation,R&D strategy.Meanwhile,use patent protection,HR strategy,innovation of corporate culture to ensure the effective strategy implementation.The conclusion of this paper will enrich the practice of technology innovation strategy,also providing some useful suggestions to DR group as well as similar enterprises in carrying out effective technology innovation strategies.
