China's economy is in a stage of rapid development currently.It has already led the developing countries.It is under the urbanization and industrialization,which has led to a deteriorating environment for our lives.At present,the state has a higher standard of environmental protection,more and more measures are taken,and the requirements are getting more stricter.The propulsion of the ship's navigation comes from the marine diesel engine and it is the main propulsion power equipment for shipping.According to the national environmental protection policy,the state requires that the manufacturers of marine diesel engines begin implementing the “GB” emission regulations for marine diesel engines starting from 1st July,2018,which requiring marine engines to reduce the emission of CH compounds during operation,and strive to achieve low shipping.Carbon travel.Ship engine manufacturers should actively contribute to the country's environmental protection policies.ZDEP,as the chairman unit of the China Fishing Boat and Fishing Machinery Industry Association,vice chairman of China National Internal Combustion Engine Industry Association,and the director unit of the China Internal Combustion Engine Institute,should respond first.The country's call for the completion of ship engine emission indicators prior to other units and the impetus for the implementation of low-carbon technology innovation strategies is imperative.ZDEP has experienced the continuous development in recent years and has played the slogan of “deeply cultivating ship machines,pushing for land machines,expanding into complete sets,and actively involving agriculture”.According to the company's current market demand,it has formulated a corresponding corporate strategy for the development of the company.Provides support.However,ZDEP's current level of technological innovation is lagging behind.Some of the products' performance has been unable to meet the requirements of national regulations and customers.In order to ensure that products occupy an advanced position in the marine aircraft market,it is necessary to conduct research on low-carbon technology innovation strategies.This paper takes ZDEP as an example,combines low-carbon technology innovation theory and corporate strategy development theory,adopts the theoretical framework of low-carbon technology innovation strategy,"the analysis of the external conditions of the corporate strategy-the analysis of the internal environment of the corporate strategy-theformulation of the low-carbon technology innovation strategy of the enterprise-Corporate strategy implementation." This article is divided into six chapters.The first chapter describes the research background,purpose and significance,as well as the current situation and research methods and ideas at home and abroad;the second chapter is the concept definition and theoretical basis of low carbon technology innovation;The third chapter is a systematic analysis of the current status and environment of ZDEP's low-carbon technology innovation;the fourth chapter is the preliminary drafting of ZDEP's strategy for low-carbon technology innovation and the development of a low-carbon technology innovation strategy.The effective way;The fifth chapter is to put forward the safeguard measures of ZDEP's low-carbon technology innovation strategy;the sixth chapter summarizes the whole article and summarizes the future research and development.It is expected that the research content of this paper will play an exemplary role in the development of low-carbon technologies in the marine diesel engine industry.
