| With the rapid development of China’s market economy,the pace of urbanization is accelerating,and people’s environmental awareness and expectations for the urban environment are also increasing.Urban road landscaping maintenance is an important indicator of urban ecological environment,and it is a living municipal infrastructure.Its construction and management level directly affects the quality of urbanization process.The traditional management methods under the planned economy can no longer meet the market road landscaping management needs dominated by the market economy.To consolidate and improve the construction achievements and maintenance level of urban road landscaping,it is an inevitable trend to implement the urban road landscaping maintenance market operation.This paper intends to study the project risk of Nanning City Road Landscaping Maintenance Marketization.Starting from the characteristics of Nanning City Road Landscaping Maintenance Project,it focuses on the risk factors of project research,bidding,implementation and project assessment and acceptance.To identify,evaluate and prevent countermeasures,that is,to use the theory and method of project risk management such as risk identification and evaluation to propose a project risk response strategy for the urban road gardening and landscaping marketization project in Nanning,and hope to provide project risk management reference for the same type of projects in the future. |
